Face-to-Face Training
One of the most exciting parts of my role at Valley is the opportunity to travel the United States and deliver in-person training to our incredible dealer network. Whether I’m working with a small group of 5 or a class of 24, it’s always a genuine pleasure to get to know our team’s audience, as so often we communicate remotely.
Since starting in 2022, I’ve taken the lead on delivering the Comprehensive Selling Skills workshop, and creating a brand new training called Sales School that’s designed for salespeople of all levels to learn about product, design, and customer communication.
In creating Sales School, which launched in Fall 2024, I collaborated with many of our sales and design personnel to identify objectives and write standards to base our training off of. I worked not only to organize the event itself, but managed email communications, registration, and content, which included a slide deck and workbooks for both levels (Beginner and Advanced) of attendees.
