In today’s quickly advancing agriculture tech market, it’s vital for Valley dealership personnel to have a comprehensive knowledge of not only technology products themselves, but where they fit into the technology ecosystem for a grower.

The goal of this training was to create a brief but impactful course that would introduce salespeople to the existing product technology line and compare them to one another. In doing so, the learners are able to quickly and efficiently identify which products best suit the needs of their customers.

In order to ensure maximum engagement, I decided to substitute the obvious instructional strategy of rote memorization for scenario-based, gamified learning. After all, who really wants to click through another deck of slides?
